Williamson County attorney Jana Duty has sent a cease and desist order to the county's IT director. She is demanding he remove computer spyware she claims is monitoring her employees' use of the Internet. Duty says the information that flows through her office is attorney-client privileged. PC displays symptom of malware misdirection

Q. I installed the Hubble program, which I think is pretty amazing. However, soon after installing it, I started getting pop-up solicitations every hour or so, asking me to pay for their service. I eliminated all programs related to the Hubble program, but I was unable to stop these solicitations from appearing. How can I get rid of this?
